How to Measure Your Feet

Prepare

Stand on a piece of paper with your heel against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with your new footwear.

Mark & Measure

Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel. Measure the distance between the two marks.

Compare

Match your foot length in inches or centimeters to the chart above. If between sizes, size up.

Check Width

Measure the widest part of your foot. Use the Width & Fit Guide to select the best fit for your foot shape.

Fit Note: Merrell footwear is designed for trail and outdoor performance. Many hiking styles run slightly roomy to accommodate thicker socks and foot swelling during long hikes.

Measure your feet at the end of the day, when they are at their largest. Always measure both feet and use the larger measurement for the best fit.
